We design, construction, and maintenance of power plants and substations. These facilities are critical components of the electrical grid and play a vital role in ensuring that electricity is delivered safely and reliably to homes, businesses, and other customers.

The construction of a power plant and substation typically involves a wide range of specialized skills and expertise, including civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and construction management. We start the process typically with a detailed design phase, during which the engineering team develops a comprehensive plan for the facility.

This plan takes into account a wide range of factors, including the electrical load requirements, the local geography and geology, and the environmental impact of the facility. Once the design has been finalized, the construction team begins work on the facility itself. This typically involves various activities, including excavation and grading, concrete work, steel fabrication and erection, electrical installation, and mechanical installation.

Throughout the construction process, the team works closely with the client to ensure that the facility is built to its exact specifications and meets all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.

After the facility is complete, the construction team typically provides ongoing maintenance and support services to ensure that the facility remains in good working order. This may involve regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair and replacement of equipment as needed.

• Overall Testing and commissioning activities (Power Transformer, CT, VT, ISOLATOR and CB).

• Overall Testing and commissioning activities for 400KV, 132KV and 33KV sub stations.

• Site acceptance test for main transformer, aux. transformers, capacitor banks, 33KV SWGR and CT, VT.

• Lay & wire the control cables for the electrical system (HV, MV, LV).

• Lay & wire the control cables for the Instruments & Control system (I&C).

• Lay & connect the fiber optic rings for the substation control system (Micro SCADA).
